Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided that the products are unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable).
Invoice Required
Please include a copy of your original invoice and clearly mention the reason for returning or exchanging the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise through a traceable courier service or registered post at their own expense.
Refund Policy
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned products.
