- Giotto Turbo Giant fiber pens have a chunky, conical nib that tapers to a point.
- This pack contains a total of 12 pens; 10 classic colors with 2 additional fluorescent pens.
- The shape of the nib makes these pens very versatile; use the fine tip for detail and cover large areas with the edge of the nib!
- They are filled with a water-based, super-washable ink than can be removed easily from hands and most fabrics.
- To clean from skin simply use soap and water, and for fabrics wash on a normal 40° cycle.
- Each pen is fitted with a choke-proof, ventilated safety cap so you can let your little ones create artwork in complete safety.
SHIPPING
- We charge Rs.195 on all orders under the value of Rs.5000/-.
- We deliver in 24-48 hours in Lahore city and 3 to 5 working days in rest of the cities & towns.
- Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
- On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment.
- Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- We will gladly accept Returns or Exchange, given that the merchandise returned are NOT damaged or used and are in their ORIGINAL packing with tags (if any), within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
